Apprentices are important to Årdal Maskinering

A central part of our competence development is focusing on investing time and resources in apprentices. In order to make our apprentices able to take their vocational exam, each apprentice will follow an individual training plan and a well-planned training course. We offer apprentices courses and certificates that are relevant to their training.

Our goal is to provide permanent employment for our apprentices after the vocational exam is passed. That commits! Apprentices who have taken their vocational exam with us will be far ahead in the queue when future positions will be filled.

With us, the apprentices are trained in safe and good conditions. They become part of our good work environment and are able to take part in social activities and other employee schemes.

We aim to accept 2-4 new apprentices within CNC machining every year. Beyond this we can accept apprentices within office and administration as needed.

The company is member of OFIR. We have separate machines dedicated to CNC apprentices.
